After you’ve connected everything within FLaminjoy, you’ll be taken to the Dashboard. This is a personalized overview on Content, Analytics and Creatives.
At the top, you’ll have 3 numbers:
- Total Content – The total amount of content within your Flaminjoy account – images, carousels, videos.
- Visible Media – The total number of content – images, carousels, videos – visible on your embeds.
- Total Pins – The total number of links on your content – images, carousels, videos.
Most elements in the Dashboard are actionable. Feel free to access any of the sections/actions shown by clicking on the associated text.
There are 3 main areas in the Dashboard screen:
- Content
- Analytics
- Creatives
Content
This area contains an overview for your account, showing you the amount of data gathered.
- Latest discovered medias – In this area, you see this button on top of each piece of content. Click on it to get more info – see the Instagram caption, the comments and analytics.
- Boards – The total number of groups of content (images, videos, carousels). The “Add board” text takes you to the Board creation screen.
- Queries – The total number of searches within Instagram based on a hashtag or account. The “Add Query” text takes you to the query creation screen.
- Embeds – The total number of shoppable embeds in this account. The “Add Embed” text takes you to the embed creation screen.
- Feeds – The total number of product feeds connected to this account. The “Add feed” text takes you to the product feed connection screen.
Analytics
This area provides an overview for the Instagram account.
- Posts – The total amount of content in your Instagram account – images, carousels, videos.
- Follows – The total number of unique accounts your Instagram profile is following (updated in the last 24 hours).
- Followers – View insights – The total number of unique accounts following your Instagram profile (updated in the last 24 hours).
- Stories – The total number of Stories from your Instagram account.
The “View insights” text takes you to see expanded data for each area.
Creatives
This area helps you get started generating creatives, showing you templates you can use right away with a simple click. READ MORE ABOUT CREATIVES HERE
- View templates – This takes you to Creative Generator to select more options and start generating creatives.
You can also scroll through creative templates, click on any of them and start the process of generating creatives. Starting with a template (and selecting a video type and content source) takes you straight to the editor using that template.
All data within the Dashboard is updated as you use it more and more. It’s also 100% personalized to your Instagram account and your actions within the platform.
