The Search Dashboard shows all your created Queries. Two Queries are automatically created for you, based on your connected Instagram account.
The first one is for your account’s feed posts, while the second is for your account’s stories.
You cannot edit these 2 Queries, but you can view or delete them.
The top left section shows 3 numbers:
- Total Content – The total amount of content within your ProductLead account (images, carousels, videos).
- Total Queries – The total number of searches within Instagram based on a hashtag or an account.
- Total Pins – The total number of links placed on your content (images, carousels, videos).
The top right section allows you to create a Query by clicking the “New Query” button or to search through Query titles using the field next to it.
Your main section is composed of your existing Queries. Each one shows your 4 most recent pieces of content as a preview.
You can view, edit and delete most of your Queries (except the connected Instagram account posts and stories Queries – these can only be viewed and deleted, not edited) by clicking the 3 horizontal dots in the top right corner of each Query.
Before entering a Query you see how many pieces of content are gathered at the current time, when it was created, and when it was last updated.
Click on a Query and you’ll be taken to a new screen, an in-depth view of the content within. More information about viewing and editing Queries can be found in this dedicated help article.
