At the top left you have 5 main metrics, shown as numbers:
- Total Medias – The total amount of pieces of content in your Instagram account (images, carousels, videos).
- Follows – The total number of unique accounts your Instagram account is following (updated in the last 24 hours).
- Followers – The total number of unique accounts following your Instagram account (updated in the last 24 hours).
- Reach – The total number of times your Instagram account’s pieces of content have been uniquely viewed (updated in the last 24 hours).
- Impressions – The total number of times this account’s pieces of content have been viewed (updated in the last 24 hours).
In the top right corner you have a date selector. Use it to see stats updated for that particular time period.
The main area contains 3 sections:
- Account – A general view of your Instagram account.
- Profile audience – Details about the followers of your Instagram account.
- Profile activity – Detailed information about the performance of your Instagram account.
Each of these is composed of multiple areas dedicated to specific metrics.
The first section is the Account section:
- Account engagement rate – Engagement Rate is calculated using the total figure of interactions on your account, divided by the number of followers (on a daily basis) of the account
- Profile interactions – The number of times that your profile was viewed in the last day (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous day value)
- Profile interactions average – The average number of times that your profile was viewed in the last 30 days (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous 30 days value)
- New followers – Total number of new unique accounts following your account in the last day (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous day value)
- New followers average – Total number of new unique accounts following your account in the last day (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous day value)
- Profile interactions (shown per day, in a time period) – The number of times that your profile was viewed (based on your date range selection)
- New followers (shown per day, in a time period) – Total number of new unique accounts following your account (based on your date range selection)
- Followers evolution – Total number of unique followers of this account (based on your date range selection)
The second section tracks data about the Profile audience:
- Followers online – Heatmap with online availability of this profile’s followers in the last 30 days.
- Age and gender – The gender and age distribution of this profile’s followers.
- Top 10 languages of followers – The most important languages your followers talk.
- Top 10 countries of followers – The most important countries (by country codes) of this profile’s followers.
- Top 10 cities of followers – The most important cities of this profile’s followers.
The Profile activity looks at data around the profile, likes, comments, reach and impressions:
- Average likes – The average number of likes for this account’s latest posts (calculated for the last 10 posts, excluding the newest 3 posts, all divided by 7).
- Average comments – The average number of comments for this account’s latest posts (calculated for the last 10 posts, excluding the newest 3 posts, all divided by 7).
- Impressions – Total number of times this account’s media objects have been viewed (updated in the last 24 hours).
- Reach – Total number of times this account’s media objects have been uniquely viewed (updated in the last 24 hours).
- Average likes history – The number of likes for this account’s posts by day (based on your date range selection).
- Average comments history – The number of comments for this account’s posts by day (based on your date range selection).
- Impressions – Total number of times this account’s media objects have been viewed by day (based on your date range selection).
- Reach – Total number of times this account’s media objects have been uniquely viewed by day (based on your date range selection).
- Profile views – The total number of social users who viewed your profile in the last day (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous day value).
- Average profil views – The average number of social users who viewed your profile in the last 30 days (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous 30 days value).
- Website clicks – The total number of times users clicked on the link inserted into your profile in the last day (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous day value).
- Average website clicks – The average number of times users clicked on the link inserted into your profile in the last day (the percentage indicates the current value compared with the previous day value).
- Profile views – The total number of social users who viewed your profile by day (based on your date range selection).
- Website clicks – The total number of times users clicked on the link inserted into your profile by day (based on your date range selection).
