Our platform now includes a messaging functionality that allows you to communicate directly with creators you are collaborating within campaigns. This functionality provides an easy and convenient way to share information and collaborate in real time.
Chat facilitates communication and collaboration between you and creators and allows for real-time sharing of information and updates.
At the same time, it provides a centralized location for all campaign-related conversations.
NOTE: The feedback section from Campaign Approval is separate from the chat functionality.
How to use: #
First, create a new campaign or navigate to one that is already active.
Second, you need to have creators with the status “Accepted” before you can message them. Navigate to a Creator Group.
Third, underneath each creator that has accepted your invitation there will be 3 icons: Favorite, Message and Delete/Remove from group. Click the middle icon to start a conversation.
Fourth, you need to send the creator a message for a new thread to be created. Alternatively, creators can also message you. You will see a red dot next to their profile, in the “Messages” tab. This lets you know there is an unread message you can reply to. The same happens to the creator – they also get a push notification on their phone, so they can easily understand they have an update to their conversation.
NOTE: Use the Chat functionality to talk about general details or to make sure the campaign is understood. Use the feedback functionality from Campaign Approval to ensure a good delivery of content.
Use cases: #
- Coordinate content creation and scheduling. If a creator cannot create a piece of content or requires more info, clarify these details ahead of time.
- Solve problems as they come. Sometimes there are issues with couriers delivering packages. Provide the tracking number to each creator, so they’ll be able to know their status.
